Pawn chess piece turned from Dymalux wood. Chess piece measures 1 9/16" High x 15/16" Wide Wood color choices are Rosewood, Charcoal, and Oak. The base can be engraved with a message or dates. The ring on top of the chess piece has a tab that extends deep into the wood for a secure hold. Choose from a Free black velveteen pouch or A custom-made gift box at an additional price. The heavy-construction gift box has a foam and felt insert. The insert can later be easily removed and the box can be used as a keepsake box. Dymalux is a product made from brightly dyed northern hardwood veneers then impregnated with a plastic resin. The plastic resin makes the wood stronger and harder. The wood requires no finish, it's sanded smooth and polished to a high luster.
